Puppy Class

duration
6 lessons, one every 2 weeks
= 12 weeks of feedback + 2 weeks of a break in between
requirements
- no minimal or maximal age
- no equipment needed

This class is basically Puppy Class + former Advanced Tricks class in one. It can be done in small places, with no equipment, and is appropriate for every age, from small puppies on, for conditioning of active performance dogs and for keeping senior dogs happy and fit. - We adjust the exercises as needed. It's never too young or too old to learn! There are plenty of challenges also for adult dogs who know many tricks already, with emphasis on verbal discrimination and conditioning. So yes, there are some extras to the normal Puppy Class program now!

The class promotes the development of physical and mental skills, helps them to learn how to learn, how to use their mind and bodies, builds great body awareness, balance and strength. It's not only beneficial for puppies, but also for active agility dogs or retired dogs to keep them busy, fit and young.

Is this class good for puppies who will be focusing on competitive obedience. Also, is it too late to sign up for an auditing spot.

Yes, it’s great for any future performance dog! You can still sign up.

    Hi SIlvia,

How old should the puppy be for the class? I am expecting to get a puppy by the end of May/beginning of June (he is not born yet!!) so I am afraid it will be too young. Also, we may miss the first couple of weeks, it all depends on when he comes home. Can we still participate and post videos on the weeks we missed?

    Thanks!

    Alessandra

Yes, there is no age restriction and no problem to join a bit later -- we always have some puppies that come home a bit later and they all catch up quickly!

Oops, sorry I saw there is no age restriction 🙂
