Hi, I have brought Heeling is just another trick as a download, and haven’t been able to down the video, it keeps pausing, hope you can help.
Sounds like internet connection problem? Also, does it resume downloading if you just wait? Let me know if you need a new link to try again.
It does but seems to start right from the beginning again,I know when I looked at it to see how much longer it was 10 hours, could you send me a new link to retry please
O.k., I just sent you another link. But if estimated time is 10 hours, that means you have very slow connection so it might not work… Can you download it in another place with better connection? If not, we can as well send a DVD if needed of course…
I sent several messages in reference to not receiving the first DVD of the Agility Diary DVD’s. I did receive the 2nd one. I know you are extremely busy but I am excited about starting my pup with the help of these DVD’s. Can you please check to see if you got a message from me please?
No, I didn’t get your messages -- they’re not even in my spam box, so not sure where were you sending them? Anyway, I checked your orders and from this e-mail, you only ordered one DVD, Agility Diary, and it was sent your way 9 days ago, meaning it could still be on the way. But are you saying you got it already? What is missing then?
I didn’t realize I needed to start with Puppy Diary. I ordered the Agility Diary and received it a few days ago. Since it starts out by saying “this is a continuation” I thought there was supposed to be 2 dvd’s. I will order the puppy diary today. Also I sent the messages through your message center. Thanks for your quick response, I will get this DVD ordered right away.
Ah, sorry for the confusion… You don’t necessarily need both, but it’s good to have both yes.
How strange the messages didn’t work… Can you mark “send me a copy” and let me know if you get the copy? And if there is an error message -- at any stage? Thanks, I would really like to sort that out, don’t want people to think I’m ignoring their messages!

Hallo Silvia, ich habe einen BC Welpen Joko jetzt 13 Wochen alt, und möchte gerne die Puppy Online Klasse besuchen, die beginnt jedoch erst im November?, welche CD’ bzw. Downloads soll ich vorab bestellen um mit Joko bereits jetzt Übungen zu machen. Ich besitze bereits zwei Rüden BC 6 Jahre und Sheltie 7 Jahre die bereits im Agility laufen -- wo wir jedoch immer wieder merken, dass die Basics fehlen, damals einfach von unserer Seite noch nicht soviel Erfahrung war und die Hunde anders aufgebaut wurden. Möchte mir für die beiden natürlich auch gleich was abschauen -- also Training für alle 3 Rüden :-
The best DVD to start with is Puppy Diary -- followed by Agility Diary and Foundations Fun when he gets a bit older. I’m sure you will get lots of training ideas also for the older two.

Hello, im really interested in buying one of your dvds, i have 2 dogs a 4 years old Pitbull and a 5 years old GSD mix, they are not into toys but will go for food 😀
I know a bit of OB and trick training buet i really would love to try agility. I have some books but im more into videos, i do have a lot of theory but neither i nor my 2 girls found the fun in the methods D:
Wich DVD do you recommend? fundations + 1 of the tricks DVD or Puupy diary + agility diary
Foundations is certainly the best place to start! I would recommend Foundations + Agility Diary -- and if you want more ideas for tricks, also Puppy Diary. -- I’m sure they will love it!
Oops--I guess I was a little over eager when I registered for the Foundations class, and then went on to order the DVD. Now I have an email with the Download for it. Can I undo that or substitute another DVD?

I ordered extreme foundations download and having issues with the download stopping before the end. Do you have any suggestions or can I switch to DVD.
Also, I would like to order one of your trick Dad’s for my Jack Russell, who currently competes in AKC masters. Which one would you recommend. I am looking forward to using it in the winter when we need things to do inside.

I checked your downloads and it looks like it was successful twice -- once on a phone and once on windows. Can you check your download folder, try to open the file and let me know what happens?
I think TRicks for balance, strength and coordination are great for conditioning of agility dogs.
