Yes, I can see both the payment and my confirmation mail that was sent exactly 10min after the payment. Maybe it went to spam, so I’ve just sent it again.

No, it’s all automatic, so that just means you were not logged in when paying and then a computer doesn’t know who to give access to. But I fixed it manually now, so it should work now.
