Winter trials video

my videos, trials

And here are some videos from recent trials - with big thanks to all for taping!

Winter trials 2014

Again, Le and Bi had best times in all those runs (or to be exact: Le had the best time in all those runs and Bi 2nd best time after Le, with an exception of one agility run where Bi was faster). Le is doing really good, saving my too slow ass all the time - but still some struggles with staying on a see-saw and with staying tight on speedy approaches to wraps... Bi is doing great as well, but then, she mostly does on turf, so we yet have to see what happens on grass 🙂 Bu had a break as I decided to spay her to see if we can avoid her periods of depression like she had last summer (right for EO and BCC) and so far so good. And with La, I only run occasionally in winter trials, but she is all sound and still running great at 12,5 years and will be trailing regularly again once the outdoor season starts!

Great runs as usual, noticed your enjoyment when Le did good seesaws XD

Cool runs…. I love to watch you and your dogs, it looks always so easy and it looks like your dog read your mind…. fantastic to watch!!!!! And yeah for La, she is so cool and is having fun with that age, great…..

No, only Le can read my mind 🙂 -- the others get all the necessary info in time 🙂

THANKS Silvia for sharing those runs!!! I especially liked to see how you handled the course that you posted in Graduates for Jennifer-SO COOL!!!! So I noticed that you redid some jumps with Bi and then the AF leading up to that AF/tunnel discrimination-that is allowed? I think here we would get whistled off but I’m not sure-I saw Celine redo an AF with Karmen too-just different rules?

Yes, we can train in a ring, you can redo anything you want to in Europe -- just not in France (usually, I don’t know why Celine was allowed to) 🙂

Absolutely Awesome Runs Silvia! Love to watch you and your dogs and amazed at how fit you are! Thanks for posting these and for posting updates on your new smart dog, To. You inspire me to do more and train better, Thank You.

We actually need to get fitter now that spring is here and To is old enough to do some short jogging. It’s easy for me to run on hard surfaces like this, but first training outside, on grass, was TERRIBLE -- my legs were not getting me anywhere!

It’s absolutely incredible how great La runs at her age!!! 🙂

Do you say “tunnel” while the dog is still on the DW if the tunnel is in a straight line after DW?

    • LoLaBu March 12, 2014 at 13:33 Log in to Reply

Yes, I’m really happy she can still have so much fun at this age! And yes, I normally say tunnel on a DW already, but it could be I didn’t here because on Smart DW, they sometimes want to skip a stride if too much in a hurry 🙂

    Thanks for posting Silvia 😀
Always breath taking speed and unbelievable athleticism

And Le running agility courses at maximum canine speed is just incredible…especially when forced to read your mind using eyes on her back !!!

Really amazing! It’s unbelieveble how fast Le is in the weave poles!
