And a note to those waiting for November Running Contacts class to open... It looks like it will only start beginning of December, so registration will open in November - I'm just too busy with Foundations class right now to be able to keep up with another class...

    Hi Silvia
I took your first RC course and Mercy is coming along nicely. We still need the turning better. In the trailer, is that a front foot target (having trouble seeing comment) that you are using? Cant wait to get the DVD

Yes, for turns, I, in some cases, use ff target -- you’ll see 🙂

So, I finished watching this a couple days ago and keep thinking about how to comment! First, OMG, it is SO much fun! I really, really enjoyed the sequence at the end showing Dug’s progression! That is SO impressive that she had it all so well documented!!!! Gosh, I am SO not that organized with my videos!!!
I have trouble sitting for any length of time, so I could not watch it all at once. However, each time I sat to watch I couldn’t wait!! To see baby Punk so many times was SO cool!!! He is just starting to compete and the crowd goes NUTS for his DW!!! Second………I keep trying to come up with some constructive criticism because I know as someone with my own business it is important to hear that. So, I can tell you that as with some of your other videos I often find I would really like a small table of contents in paper. I don’t know if that is even possible? But, just a little cover card you could add maybe? With the chapters listed on it. Here is why………..you have chapters because you have a sequence of training, right. In order to go back to check a chapter I have to go back to the beginning of the DVD. Yet, I can fast forward or reverse from where ever I am, but I forget which chapter was which and so I have to go back to the beginning to see. It would be easier if I had a little card, then I might not have to go back to the beginning to find the right chapter. Does that make sense? It is being SO picky, but it is something that I thought about with some of your other videos, too. I know that might just add too much to the sleeve and more work for you and you do keep the cost low, but I have watched your DVD’s with friends and sometimes that comes up………..”OH, which chapter was that on, let’s go back” and we have to go back to the beginning and look. Then we lose our spot of where were were and have to go back again to look and find our original location. I am being pretty picky here and maybe that isn’t anything anyone else cares about, LOL!!!

Cool, thanks for the feedback! It would actually be no problem to add a chapter card -- I just never though of it, but will certainly keep it in mind now!!!
