New classes!
Puppy and Foundation long-distance classes registration is opening today! The classes will start with the first to-do list on 17th October, but you can register and then enter the classroom already now.
Puppy/Tricks Class
is designed especially for future agility dogs as it promotes development of physical and mental skills, it helps puppies to learn how to learn, how to use their mind and bodies, builds great body awareness, balance and strength. But it’s not only beneficial for puppies, but also for active agility dogs or retired dogs to keep them busy, fit and young.
Here are some videos of previous students to get better idea on what it is all about:
Puppy class PARTICIPANT (160 EUR/220 USD) |
Puppy class AUDITOR (110 EUR/150 USD) |
Puppy class repeating class/2nd dog (80 EUR/110 USD) |
Participants post videos and get feedback on their work. Auditors can see all the videos, comments and homework instructions and can ask questions, but don't post videos. The third option is for those who want to register a second dog and for those who want to take the same class for the second time.
After registering enter the classroom.

Agility Foundations Class
This class is meant for everybody wanting to teach agility to their young dog as just another trick and for all with experienced agility dogs who think there is never enough foundations or want to improve the dog’s turns or independence. Our major focus will be teaching great cik&cap in order to get tight turns, great distance skills, sends and collection all at the same time, putting it in sequences to make it even more fun for the dogs and to practise some basic handling. We'll also start weaves, see-saw and contacts, but you can also work on just cik&cap and sequencing in case you don’t have those. Basically, all you need is 4 jumps and a tunnel.
Agility foundations PARTICIPANT (180 EUR/245 USD) |
Agility foundations AUDITOR (120 EUR/165 USD) |
Agility foundations repeating class/2nd dog (90 EUR/122 USD) |
Participants post videos and get feedback on their work. Auditors can see all the videos, comments and homework instructions and can ask questions, but don't post videos. The third option is for those who want to register a second dog and for those who want to take the same class for the second time.

I hope to see you in class!

My cattledogpup is 10 weeks old right now, on wich age can we participate the puppyclass??
Sound perfect for October puppy class! The younger you start the better!
does your 2nd time participant include video and feedback? I finished puppy class but would like to join again to get help with a few tricks we didn’t finish. I just don’t know if the 2nd time round includes video and help to troubleshoot.

Sure, it does! 2nd time participants post videos and get feedback too!
Things are clicking all of a sudden! I think I’m going to wait till you open up either the 31st Handling class or the Nov Tricks…or both 🙂
Only one trick left with paws crossing and a tighter hold and we’ve completed the puppy tricks! Foundation we’ve got understanding now just need more speed, which will come with time & confidence. Nice how the universe works sometimes!
Wow, sounds great! Great job! And yes, dogs sure learn differently -- that’s why tricks are so cool, they teach us so much about how our dogs think and learn!
It was an interesting process! I was trying to do more shaping but then switched to luring and targeting which sped up the process. Everything “clicked” faster 🙂 I can hardly wait to see what your Nov tricks class will cover!
