Opening the registration!
O.k., I'm opening the registration for two long-distance classes, starting on 27th June. One is again the puppy class and the second one is new, called agility Foundations.
Long-distance Agility Foundations class will look like my normal Agility Foundations class, only that you will get assignments in writing, then you will work at home, tape your sessions and post it in a classroom for us to see and comment. This class is meant for everybody enjoying our Puppy class, for everybody wanting to teach agility as just another trick and for all with experienced agility dogs who think there is never enough foundations or want to improve the dog's turns. Our major focus will be teaching great cik&cap in order to get tight turns, great distance skills, sends and collection all at the same time, putting it in sequences to make it even more fun for the dogs and to practise some basic handling. We'll also be addressing speed&motivation issues. Other than that, we'll be starting with weaves, see-saw and contacts, but you can also work on just cik&cap and sequencing in case you don't have those. For this class, you need at least 3 (even better 5) jumps and a tunnel or, even better, two. You'll get 6 assignements, every 2 weeks and post videos of your trainings if you're participant. Auditors can see all the videos and comments and can ask questions, but don't post videos.
You can register for Foundations here:
- participant - 140e (200usd)
- auditor - 100e (140usd)
And then enter the classroom here.
