Big thanks and some news

Big thanks to all for purchasing the video and sending me all the positive feedback! 🙂 It was nice to hear it from you, it was pretty scary to launch my first ever training video. That gives me plenty of motivation for the second one!

Yeap, we're back! Getting ready for Thursday-Friday seminar in LoLaBuLand! Both agility and tricks seminars are full, but you're welcome to mail me if you want to come next time.

What else is new? Our house arrived this week, here we are in front of our living-room-to-be.

AND, we tested electronic contacts that we got in the Netherlands from Patrick Tunders!!! No worries with timing of the click anymore, how cool is that! Of course, your eye is still very important, but it does make things easier. You can contact either Patrick or me if you're interested in getting one too.

And, just one more to show off with my crazy puppy:

    Wow, is Le going Demi?

Both her parents are demi-long, so that’s what I expect her to be yes, we’ll see.

No more living in an apartment (Flat as we call them in the UK) then:D I’m sure with all those dogs now, the house will be much much better. Bet you can’t wait to move in.

Those new electronic contacts looks very good too…bet they aren’t cheap though for us poor people:(

I think it’s really fitting that you got agility equipment before you got the house. Most people do it the other way around, you know 😛

Well, I say most important things first 🙂 . First a puppy, then obstacles, then a house 🙂 .

Your place looks more than amazing. Being jealous would be a bit of an understatement. Nice to see things progressing well.

The electronic contacts are quite likely very good in reinforcing contacts (receive timely click on each run), but do you think they could be used from the beginning? After all, the automatic contact zone will give the beep no matter the type of step on zone, running or jumping equally.

Right, beginning steps are still done without it as placement isn’t important at that step, just movement. Electronic contacts are great for the stage when you have the right movement already. Of course, you still have to watch it, so that you can jackpot the best hits, but you don’t need to worry about timing of the click anymore 🙂

Where can I buy that electronic contact reinforcer? I could definitely put it to good use when working my turns off the dogwalk!

You can either buy it through me or directly from Patrick.
