Your dog is your best teacher

articles, my philosophy

Here comes the series of articles for Agility Zone magazine. This one should be a promotion article for my videos, but as you'll see, I'm still being honest about that you don't really need those 🙂 - that your dog is still the best teacher you'll ever have. So it simply turned out to be an article on my dog training philosophy in general - coming some more on heeling, tricks and cik&cap.

Enjoy!

That’s beautiful! And quite inspiring. I am going to go play with my dog now. 🙂

    Thanks for posting Silvia 🙂

Your message/philosophy is so clear that everytime I visit the website it makes me want to go play with my dogs 🙂

Maybe I could add that you also have an “intuition” for lack of a better term that allows you to see clearly how to help people and dogs improve their communication and (as a result) their agility runs. And as your philosophy is to only do what makes you happy….there -- here is a selling drive 🙂

Thank you Silvia for reminding us that what is important is our relationship with our dogs and everything we do with them (walks, agility, play, tricks, etc) is all part of building a closer bond of understanding, mutual respect and love.

Thank you for sharing. I sometimes feel Agility training is depressing, too many rules and egos! I always just want to have fun with my dogs and felt that is okay! This article cheered me up! 🙂

It’s definitely o.k.! Agility is really no high science, just something fun to play with the dog 🙂
