my videos, running contacts, To

A training with To from yesterday:

To πŸ™‚

Trial videos coming soon too - so far we only had 3 one-day trials, but she gets to run some more in April and May - so exciting! We only need one more exam for A2 - and then we can sleep long again πŸ™‚

Here is the set up from the video - a course from one of this year WC judges with some adjustments to make it useful for various courses:

It was obvious from the beginning she was going to be special, but if she is this good this young, I can’t help but to wonder how amazing she is going to be when she reaches adulthood??? What an awesome puppy! Going to be quite the journey with To! Thanks for sharing.

It is simply amazing -- such a speed, tightness, verbal discrimination… no mention her RC and slalom entries πŸ˜€

She looks so awesome!!! I am sure you will be sleeping late again very soon. πŸ™‚ looks like a fun course too!

So beautiful and smooth! When you know what you’re doing it looks so easy! πŸ™‚ Congrats on the magnificent puppy! How tall is she? She looks so tiny! πŸ™‚

She is 50cm, but very lean and short back, so she only weights 12 kg and feels more like a medium than large dog -- she fits in the lap perfectly πŸ™‚ How is your puppy doing???

      • Minna April 7, 2015 at 21:33 Log in to Reply

To sounds like my kind of large dog! πŸ™‚ My puppy is doing brilliantly! πŸ™‚ Your classes are a bit unsynchronized with her. She knew most of the puppy tricks before the class started, so I didn’t see no point in signing her in after all. πŸ™ And next Foundations and RC will start also later on, so we need to start training those by ourselves as well. You really should’ve asked me how to arrange your classes before making any decisions. πŸ™‚ Haha.. πŸ™‚

I’ve been wondering though would you consider accepting my puppy as an Advanced trick’s student, so that we could start training AT together with Sierra? I can put together a video clip on her tricks to show that she really does know the basics, if you like to see before deciding.

I knew she will know everything before we start! πŸ™‚ BUt since you qualify for Graduates because of classes you took with Sierra, maybe just register to that class and send her RC/Foundations there if you need some help! -- Or you can take Advanced TRicks yes, whatever you prefer!

Oh, would you really take us into Graduates!?! πŸ™‚ Super, thanks! I thought I would need to take several classes with her before entering. I will register us in! So cool! See you in class then!

Yes, normally it is, but as you can’t continue with Sierra, you can just switch the dogs, I’m sure she is just as well trained πŸ™‚

Thank you! I really appreciate it! Well, the puppy-girl is not quite as well trained as Sierra… yet! πŸ™‚

I’m sure she will soon be! πŸ™‚

Thank you all! She really is super smart and a great listener! Mostly, her only mistakes are bars -- or me, getting lost πŸ™‚

Super. !! She has come such a long way from the puppy who was afraid of the sound of the clicker.
When is part 2 of Puppy Diary coming out ? Can’t wait.

    • LoLaBu April 8, 2015 at 17:56 Log in to Reply

I can’t wait to get back to work on that project either, I think it will be a really good one! -- But no time at the moment, with two classes open, so it will have to wait till May before I can start working on it…

Wow! You are absolutely amazing:) It’s beautiful to watch the two of you together.
