Hi Silvia and classmates! Sorry for the delay but work has kept me very busy! We still have to finish some of these tricks and learn a few more. The good thing is Heidi didn’t forget even though we haven’t practiced since you gave us the last lesson! We will get back to work! Thank you Silvia for a wonderful class and giving me an entirely new way to look at dog training. I am so thankful and excited! Thank you for sharing your pups, training, homes and countries classmates! Stacey & Heidi

I love watching the beautiful Heidi. Great door slamming!! What an adorable sit-pretty -- such a pose! And look at her using two paws to hold her frog. I showed Echo the video of her “cleaning up and stacking” (hoping she’d be inspired) Good girl Heidi! Love her cross paws -- such a lady. Wow!! Her heeling looks GREAT -- you’ve really worked hard.

Thank you Rachel! You are always so encouraging and sweet! I feel like we still have so much to master but it should keep us out of trouble! Loved watching Ms. Echo too! Stacey, Rocket and Heidi

Great job! You sure mastered many tricks! Loved the slamming and stacking bowls and she sure moves beautifully through cavaletti! And she is too cute hugging that toy! Let me know which video you want to get for graduation!

Thank you Silvia! We will keep working to master more tricks! I am not sure which video as I plan to collect them all! Is there a trick one that would give us more to work on? Either a trick one or the heeling one and thank you. I wanted to ask you if you think we should retake this trick class again to really master the tricks or would we be o.k. In the More Tricks Class coming up? Stacey, Rocket & Heidi

        • LoLaBu October 30, 2011 at 22:12 Log in to Reply

That definitely looked ready for Advanced Tricks!!! I really don’t think you would need to repeat this one, it looks like you need some new challenges!

Most of the tricks from Tricks Videos are different from what we are teaching in those two classes (Puppy and Advanced), so I think they would still be interesting. I have two different Tricks videos, so please see the trailers on this page and just pick the one that shows tricks that look more fun to train.

Wow, they both look great. We would like to start with Tricks for a Great Bond! Again, thank you Silvia, Stacey, Rocket & Heidi

What a cool door slamming! It looks like she wanted to say: Have you nothing more difficult? Love the paw crossing!

I joined Silvia’s puppy class to learn more about shaping… and I learned a lot more. I learned that some dogs are easier to teach some tricks to due to how they are build and that I might have to go back several steps to help my one year old, Myst, be successful. Example: my Puli learned to sit up (“sit pretty”) in one session and stay up — balanced. My young Border Collie, Myst really had trouble initially and it took me about 10 sessions of finding a way to help her be successful and learn the balance. I have not finished all of the tricks but will continue.. especially with the skateboard and the standing on her front feet. Here is what we have accomplished…. I have learned a great deal.

    Learning Criteria = FUN

So cool to finally meet Myst! Great job with the tricks, that were sure great cik&caps and I really loved the heeling too! Let me know which video you want to get for graduation!

But hey, I have four!!! 🙂 Do you want the fourth one, Tricks for better thinking skills? Or you want to wait for the new one, hopefully coming out in December?

Very nice Clip! It seems as if you had much fun together! Good Idea with the left and right combined with the tunnel!

    Hi everyone
Firstly WELL DONE to you I have loved watching your videos and you dogs progress -- ive learnt so much just from watching you all !!! Some amazing graduation videos and you should all be really proud 🙂

Thank you Silvia for a fab course -- have loved working through it with Vixen (my rescue fear aggressive BC x kelpie ) we have learnt so so much and she is brilliant at the tricks she especially loves the cross paws and does it in such a cute way !!! Sadly we wont be able to upload a graduation video as the camera here wont work 🙁 lets hope father xmas brings me a new one!!!

I really wanted to say thou a big thank you as Vixen was able to attend her first group agility session yesterday and no one got eaten in the process 😉 having loads of tricks up my sleeve was fab as was able to keep her entertained inbetween goes -- and when we were doing exercises (learning turns around a pole ). It was also lovely to see her gain confidence from the tricks -- she already had a really good understanding of what to do and i was able to let her off lead as she focussed on the job in hand (and not munching on other people and dogs 😉 am so delighted we may actually be able to play our agility game at shows in future !!
Brilliant course thank you once again
Anne and Vixen bitey face 😀 xx

Wow, that sure sounds like a success story! Thanks for posting! I’m very glad to hear that Vixen is doing so well now and I’m sure things will be really easy from now on. Have fun with your agility class and oh, you can join us in Foundation too! 🙂

    Lolabuland Puppy Class graduation

Finally put together Penny’s Graduation Video as she is now fit enough again to do tricks and show them of 🙂
A lot is still work in progress and we didn’t master all of the tricks (yet), but it definitely kept us going through her sickness and I truly believe she recovered faster and got back in shape again thanks to tricks 😀
She has grown a lot as well and she finds balance tricks VERY hard, might be those loooong legs 😉

    • LoLaBu December 8, 2011 at 18:05 Log in to Reply

She sure did some growing! She looks great with her shiny coat and long legs! And very happy 🙂 You sure mastered many tricks, despite all the health problems, great job! Let me know which video you want for graduation!
