Graduation RC December 2015

This is it! The class will be closing soon, but this page will stay open for ever and you can post your graduation videos at any point. But it's best to hurry up since gathering of "like"s starts whenever it's posted. Whoever has the biggest number of likes (only "likes" on this website count - those given directly on YouTube and Facebook don't count to make it easier to track) by May 5 gets a free next class of their choice :) - And the next three get a free download link to a training video of their choice!

Looking forward to see the sum ups of your hard work of last 4 months! May your RC keep making you smile!!!

Thank you Silvia for the class, inspiration and advice. I think running contacts from the beginning to managing all kind of different situations on courses are the most challenging thing to train in agility but nothing can make me happier than succesful RC performances. Here is Lin’s running contact journey, we keep training contacts even better. 🙂

Thank you Silvia, for your endless patience! We still have a long ways to go, me and Banksy seem to learn things the hard way. But we sure will have a good time getting there. Laura & Banksy

Her good hits are soooo good!!! Just beautiful to watch -- and definitely worth all the work!!! 🙂

I hope we don’t go through anymore bad hit eras, but if we do I will watch our graduation video to remind me the good hits are there and then figure out a way to undo bad hits! No more bad hits for Banksy!

Hi!! This is Blue´s graduation video. The beginning of the class was hard for us, harder for me because Blue is a really clever girl 🙂 We learn many things but we still have a lot of work to do. We enjoy learning during the class and we have a lot of fun. Thank you very much Silvia!!! Blue becomes a “happy runner” 😀

So this is it. It has been a wonderful journey into the unknown for us. Arya is my first dog doing RC and all the fun makes it like it’s no training at all. Just drive, passion and crazyness. Thank you for a great time Silvia. We’ll keep on smiling 🙂

I am so sad 🙁 I am still trying to make my graduation film to be able post -- my third attempt is loading on youtube -- they have deleted my first two for ‘violating’ their rules. apparently using two clips that look the same is not permitted -- funny -- about 200 of us have been breaking that rule for the last 4 months! If this film gets rejected, I will be banned from using youtube, which means I won’t be able to participate in any more on-line training. to say I’m worried is an understatement as Natta and I still need a lot of help!

we miss you Silvia for all your help, wisdom and advice.

    • LoLaBu April 11, 2016 at 10:21 Log in to Reply

Oh no, how weird -- have never heard of such problems and rules! Of course, you can always make a new e-mail address and YouTube account or use Vimeo instead, so no worries!

  10. rockmelody April 11, 2016 at 21:59 Log in to Reply

well here it is.. nothing flash, we are still struggling with getting to full height, we just think we’re starting to make progress and then we take a huge step backwards again… we’ll get there one day I’m sure.

    • LoLaBu April 12, 2016 at 11:29 Log in to Reply

Oh no, it says it has been removed for violating their rules… How strange -- maybe just use Vimeo instead? And oh, based on how far you’ve come already, I’m sure you will master those last few cm soon as well!!!

      • rockmelody April 12, 2016 at 14:55 Log in to Reply

I’m gutted I’m destined not to get enough likes
I can’t transfer my videos from YouTube now to vimeo either!

        • LoLaBu April 12, 2016 at 17:22 Log in to Reply

BUt hopefully you have a file on your computer and can upload it again?

          • rockmelody April 12, 2016 at 19:04 Log in to Reply

No, I only have a tablet with limited memory. No laptop so cant use vimeo as can’t load straight to it unlike youtube.

I can’t believe my bad luck. To make it worse natta now can’t do a 6 hit DW to save her life. I’ve dropped it right down, 2nd apex is really low, carpet all the way back and she still is insisting on 3 hits on the down plank yet she’s perfect over the second apex.

I give up with the grad video.

            • LoLaBu April 13, 2016 at 12:00 Log in to Reply

Oh no! 🙁 If no other variable was changed that could cause that set back, try with a break first, it might help with getting extension back.

              • rockmelody April 14, 2016 at 00:08 Log in to Reply

well the good news is youtube has lifted the block, the bad news is she is still not extending. no variables changed at all. we are now back to 6 hits, but miles of getting the contact, so that is a step back in the right direct…

                • LoLaBu April 14, 2016 at 11:52 Log in to Reply

Maybe try if you can get hits in extension with gtcg?
