I just ordered a tricks video, but I thought it was a download. When I checked out on paypal it said I would be notified when the DVD would ship. Since I didn’t give any shipping details, such as an address, I’m wondering what to do. Any hints?

Hi. I took the RC class in May of 2012 with my lab and now I would like to take it with my young Golden Retriever. Would I be eligible to take it at a “repeater” and with that option, can we post videos?

No, sorry, only those taking the class again with the same dog qualify as repeaters.

MY little rat terrier,Leo, and I took your puppy class last winter when he was just a couple of months old. He is a very fearful little dog and the foundation that the class laid between us has been a wonderful gift in helping him to feel safe in the world. I would like to retake the April puppy class with him (he’ll be 17 months), and I think I signed up for it with paypal, but then I was asked to register a username and a new account. So, I’m not sure what happened, or if I’ve managed to sign up and pay. If you could let me know, what further action I need to take, I’d really appreciate it.

I got one payment today, but not sure if it’s yours, the e-mail is different. If you didn’t get access, then you probably weren’t logged in, but I can fix that. The registration for April class is not really open yet, but I can give you access to it already now just you let me know if that payment was yours (ie. from which e-mail you paid).

Leo loves to work and do tricks, but he breaks down into a very fearful state when confronted with anything new: people, dogs, places. When he’s around people, dogs and places that he knows and feels comfortable with, he’s a fun very focused little guy. I have found that one of the best ways to help him feel comfortable and safe is to have him do tricks in stressful situations, but I need more tricks LOL So, we’re back for more and any of your wise advice for this little boy. At this point I don’t even care if he ever competes (He does really well in class where he’s comfortable, but I think the pressure of a trial will be too much for him), I just want to help him feel safer and happier in the wider world.

O.k., I fixed your access, so you should be able to get to the classroom once it opens. I’m sure that with lots of practice and happy tricks in various places, he will master more&more environments and feel more&more secure -- just go very slowly, so he doesn’t get scared, but can see the world is not that scary afterall!
