Ole Winner of FMBB 2015

To balance out all the agility videos, here is IPO video for a change 🙂 And a mail that made me super happy, especially as teaching things as a trick is not all that common in IPO as it is in agility - yet 🙂 -

"Hi Silvia, I just want to tell you, that 5 years ago I taught my dog the heeling with your method of teaching it just as a trick. And he is heeling very well. Now we are FMBB World Champion 2015! Best obedience! So thank you for giving me the idea of heeling as a trick. I teach all my dogs that way and its just fun and cool. I enjoy it a lot. You are a good teacher;). THANKS!!! Romy"

About 4 years ago I was talking to a realy old school type of IPO handler. He said that most handlers in IPO are ashamed to admit it but that they are all scared of the “little girls” who train their dogs with cliker and useless tricks.
I guess Romy prowed them right 🙂

This is unbelievably amazing! You should be so proud of yourself, Silvia! I just couldn’t watch this with dry eyes. Thank you for sharing!

This is one of the most inspirational canine performances I have ever seen! Teaching heeling as a trick…brilliant. This kind of obedience work actually looks fun. Thanks so much for sharing it!

Like some of the other comments I didn’t have dry eyes either -- have competed in working trials pd stake and can appreciate the work and control and how fantastic to see a dog enjoying himself so much -- brilliant and well done to all
