Private lessons
 Silvia Trkman is known for bringing every dog, from her first dog on, to the very top of the sport. Her dogs are known for great speed, tight turns, running contacts and long and injury-free careers. Silvia is in agility since 1992 and is– 3x World Champion (with two different dogs)
– 5x European Open winner, with 4 different dogs (Lo, La, Bu, Le)!!!
– National Championships podium and World Team member with every dog she’s ever had – National Champion for 22-times (with 5 different dogs of 3 different breeds) – World Team member for 19-times (mostly with at least two dogs at the time – sometimes four 🙂 ) |

Sliši se mi zanimio in mi je interesantno. Sploh ker imam psico ki jo preveč moti bližina neznanih psov. In ravno konec junija misliva začeti z agilityem. Ali je to namenjeno bolj izkušenim?
Private lessons so namenjene vsem, posebej pa tistim s posebnimi željami npr. da ni drugih psov, da bi radi delali na specifični zadevi itd. Ampak če misliš kadarkoli tekmovati, bi ti v bistvu svetovala tudi kakšne skupinske treninge, da se navadi na druge pse. Moj predlog bi bil v bistvu agility foundations, kjer večinoma itak lahko delaš še na vrvici in malo dlje od ostalih psov, se pa naučiš že praktično vse, kar je za agility pomembno. Pa kakšna private lesson sem in tja.
a to bo potem tudi enkrat na 2-3 tedne, tako kot classes?
Morda tudi bolj pogosto, če bo dovolj interesa. Zakaj pa ne bi šla v handling class, pa private samo občasno?

I would be interessted in a private lesson, if it’s not too far away, because of big problems with RC. I think it would be the best if you will take a look at what I am doing…because I am compleatley without an idea.

It’s 15min east from Ljubljana, that’s an hour and a half from Flavia Solva. Wondering what went wrong, it looked great!
Mmm, 200km -not the next way….
Yes it looked great, 99% hit rate when working with the down ramp at home even at normal height.
Then I tried at the trainingsplace and it did’nt work at all. She does not seperate her hind legs, hits in the upper part of the contact but mostly she is jumping. I tried several things: Toy, tunnel, food after the ramp, … The plank is down on the floor again after jumping several times -but now I am without an idea. And I am disapointed angry of myself because I never had any problems to teach a dog tricks, every problem coud be solved but in this case I am compleatley overextended 🙁
But I don’t want to give it up so you are my big hope…

my husband and I would like some private lessons in the beginning of September. We come from Italy and we have a dog school, we are interested in your puppy class method and tricks. So we would come there on holiday and if possible we would like to take some lessons for 2 or 3 days: is that possible? When will you be free?

Sure, it’s possible. Any weekday in September is o.k. with me. If you want to watch one puppy class that will start in September (in Slovenian language, but still…), you can come one Wednesday afternoon to see them, then we can do privates Thursday&Friday and you can enter a competition Saturday if you want.
Ok, so we’ll come on wednesday 1/09 and stay for thur&fri; which kind of competition is there on saturday? We’ll come with 3 medium sized dogs, do you know where could we stay? I mean something like a b&B quite near to your center. thks a lot, see you soon, ciao ciao Alice
O.k., that’s o.k., my puppy students will be all new and fresh then:). They rent rooms 3min away from the center, that’s one option. Ljubljana is not far either (20min), there are plenty of hotels there. Saturday, it’s a competition in Ljubljana, just a normal competition, nothing special, just in case you would be interested to run it as it’s on your way home.

Hi Katja! Yes, privates are already possible, any week day before 17th July or after 9th August. August seminar is agility seminar yes, with tricks workshop Thursday evening (6 to 9pm).

bonjour Sylvia, je souhaite venir en Slovéni pour environ 1 semaine faire un stage avec toi en agility. est ce possible ? combien sa me couterais pour 3 chiens? ( 1 malinois femelle de 6 ans, une malinoise de 9 mois, et un border collie de 2 ans et demi? ) merci. J’adore le boulot que tu fais avec tes chiens. Cordialement Marylène
Les stages pendant une semaine sont prévus pour avril et aout et bien sûr, vous êtes bienvenue! Je vais publier toutes les infos et les prix très bientôt. Je propose de payer pour un chien et après c’est possible de les changer pour les exercices différents. Si tu veux travailler avec tous les chiens toutes les exercices, je peux te donner un prix de 20% moins, mais quand même, pour les trois chiens… A toi de décider.
