Puppy Class

duration
6 lessons, one every 2 weeks
= 12 weeks of feedback + 2 weeks of a break in between
requirements
- no minimal or maximal age
- no equipment needed

This class is basically Puppy Class + former Advanced Tricks class in one. It can be done in small places, with no equipment, and is appropriate for every age, from small puppies on, for conditioning of active performance dogs and for keeping senior dogs happy and fit. - We adjust the exercises as needed. It's never too young or too old to learn! There are plenty of challenges also for adult dogs who know many tricks already, with emphasis on verbal discrimination and conditioning. So yes, there are some extras to the normal Puppy Class program now!

The class promotes the development of physical and mental skills, helps them to learn how to learn, how to use their mind and bodies, builds great body awareness, balance and strength. It's not only beneficial for puppies, but also for active agility dogs or retired dogs to keep them busy, fit and young.

Hi Silvia. I really want to join the puppy class after watching those stunning videos. I have several questions though.
    1. How does it work? I watch the DVD and then post the training videos on the forum. You leave your comments, like that?
    2. I don’t have the plan for my fur friend to join the agility race, because I have no access to the equipment. Is there any class that I can join after finishing puppy class?
    3. Will it be too late if I pay and register in September?

      1. Yes, you watch the DVD + read lesson instructions + read the important posts where I warn about the most common mistakes and give some more tips. Then you post your video and I comment on how to make things even better or give extra challenges if everything is perfect already 🙂
      2. Tricks class is the only one not focused on agility I’m afraid…
      3. The registration opens about 3 weeks before the beginning, so check back at the beginning of November.
      See you in class!

Hi Siliva. Is there a problem with the pay pal link of puppy class? I can only pay for the third type.

Yes, that’s because you can only enter as an auditor of the past class at the moment. November class registration opens the beginning of November, so check back then!

No, sorry, repeaters are only those taking the class again with the same dog…

Hi! When is the next puppy class going to start? Is this the first recommended class for a puppy that will do agility in the future. I’m not sure if I understand which class should follow this one and is still appropriate for a puppy (agility foundations?).

Next Puppy Class starts in June and yes, it’s the best place to start. After Puppy Class, the next two options are Foundations and Running Contacts -- in whatever order. But for these, 7 months is the minimum age to start.

    Hy Silvia!
On 25.7.2021 I get a new border collie puppy. I saw that the puppy class starts on 1st June. Will there also be new class at the end of July/beginning of August, beacuse I would really like to join you? Thank you for your answer! 🙂

Congratulations on your puppy!!! The next puppy class only starts in November/December though… So maybe it’s best to join this class as an auditor? -- And then possibly the next one as a repeater to work on the last details.

Thank you for your fast feedback :). Great! Then I would like to join you as an auditor and then in november/december as repeater. But I don’t have Puppy Diary yet. What is the next step for purchase (and do I also get puppy diary as an auditor)?

Sounds like a good plan! You can join the class by clicking on PayPal button above. You can get Puppy Diary for the same price as participants, just send me a mail after joining the class and I’ll send you a money request for the video. See you in class!

2nd question: If too late, I can audit. How long is the class open up if you are an auditor considering I’m heading into this class a month late? When will next class be?
